Privacy policy

How we process data for bookings, check-in, payments and invoicing — under GDPR.

GoVelo, operated by AIQU SYSTEMS SRL (Turda), processes personal data for bookings, check-in, payments, invoicing, delivery and rental communications. We do not sell data to third parties for marketing.

What we collect

  • Name, email, phone, participant check-in details (including height and terms acceptance)
  • Booking and payment history and, where applicable, company / institution billing data
  • Delivery addresses and messages sent via the contact form or email

Legal basis and retention

  • Performance of the rental contract, legal duties (invoicing) and legitimate interest for support during the booking
  • We keep data as needed for the booking, accounting and any claims; then delete or anonymise

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection under GDPR — requests to contact@govelo.ro
  • Processors (payment, email, hosting) receive only data needed to deliver the service
